You will need
Around 18/20 cookies or biscuits chocolate and almond based ￼- crushed/processed
Mix with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix with crushed biscuits. Press these into your loose bottomed prepared tin.
For the cake mix
300 g 70% chocolate dark
1 cup measure of whipped cream
600 g of cream cheese
1 can of condensed milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla paste
4 large eggs ￼
Cream for decorating
Coco powder for decorating
Mix together in a stand mixer until smooth
Pour into your tin
Pop the tin into another deep baking tray and fill 1/3 rd full of water.
1 hour 10 mins
Then turn oven off and leave door closed for another 30 mins.
Cool completely then fridge overnight.
