I'm a big fan! I eat them like sweeties! My belly rumbles rather rudely after, but hey.........stand further back eh!
The nearer it gets to Christmas the more I buy! So then it's time to get creative and serve them up with every meal in disguise!
The easiest disguise is Sprout Gratin!
Sprouts, lardons and onions sautéed then popped in an oven dish and topped with crunchy savoury breadcrumbs, winter herbage and some parmesan! Bake for 40 mins and enjoy the complaints!
