Milk Chocolate Lava Cake with caramel sauce!

Recipe for 2
60 g unsalted butter melted and cooled a little
50 g of milk or dark chocolate melted and cooled slightly
70 g of icing sugar
2 small eggs
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of good vanilla extract
40 g of self raising flour
1 small shot of espresso coffee *optional
Prepare your ramekins with butter and coco powder.
Mix the butter and chocolate then whisk in the sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add the flour and coffee.
Pour 3/4 way into your ramekin and bake for 12/14 mins at 170.
Serve as soon as possible with cream and caramel sauce.
