This is a marinade for bbq pork chops feeds 4.
Ideally needs to marinade all day if not just a couple of hours.
4 pork chops
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
2 tablespoons of mustard
One whole lemon
4 garlic cloves crushed
Bbq your chops and any left over marinade heat up gently on the hob and add some creme fraiche.
