All in one Vegan Lavender Shortbread Recipe
Into your blender or processor then into the fridge to set before rolling and cutting
40g icing sugar
100g coconut oil hard and cold or butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp lavender
Zest of two lemons
165 g plain flour
3 tablespoons milk/non dairy only if mix needs it
Sugar and lavender for sprinkling
Bake for 10/12 minutes
