For my GF pastry don't forget make you pastry as you would but with GF measure for measure flour and as well as the half fat ratio, add two scoops of high fat sour cream. Then pop in the fridge for a while!
Otherwise you need 350g of short crust pastry.
The mix is easy.
Leeks cooked in a little butter to soften and then pop them in the pre baked pie crust.
Mix up your 8/10 eggs with 70 mls of milk and cream, seasoning and pour in the case then dot as much cheese in the tart as you fancy!
Bake until set.
