Beetroot chips or crisps......

How perfect are these! Way cheaper than the bought version, also fresh from your plot of wonder veg! How cool are you?

Oh, oh, oh, even nicer if you have different coloured beetroot!
Here's how then add new friends, gossip and crisps!
Using a mandoline, thinly slice beets to a thickness of 1/16". In a large bowl, toss beet slices with oil to coat evenly.
On prepared baking sheets, in a single layer, arrange as many slices as will fit without crowding. Bake until crisp, 25-30 minutes, rotating pans once halfway through baking.
Shake, dry, and season!
You can of course deep fry if you wish! D x
