This recipe is really good mix of cultures really, great for my hubby that isn't keen on white sauces.
Also this pie or tart is way better for sunshine dining!
You will need:
A seasoned skillet
sun dried tomatoes
Italian herbs dried or fresh
sautéed onions or fresh chopped spring onions
lightly poached then drained fish and seafood (whatever you fancy) olive oil
salt and pepper
Italian cheese such as pecorino and grated parmesan (you can use french cheeses)
Whisk the eggs and add all other ingredients. Mix gently. Cook on the stove top for five minutes then transfer to the oven or grill to finish. Let it set then turn it out!
