with tomato sauce
Healthy food doesn't have to be bland, thank goodness. These chicken meatballs can have as much veg and herbs in them as you like! Easy to make and quick to cook with a tomato sauce that takes minutes few! They only issue you will have is not putting them with a carb! My trick is to make a lot and pile them up in little bowls with the sauce as a dip!
You will need
500g/1kg chicken and or turkey mince
thinly/finely sliced greens (use the processor)
salt and pepper
*you can add panko bread crumbs and an egg if you like but this adds to the calories.
roll these then fridge to set. Then fry or bake.

1 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
dash of olive oil
finely chopped shallots
