All I'm craving right now is simple but tasty food!

Winter food doesn't have to be beige!

I cannot help but crave colourful, healthy but tasty food after the festive period. I want the food I put in my mouth to sing and I don't want to feel guilty!
I also demand simple preparation. A little slicing and a little basting. Thats all. You know it makes sense!
Tandoori Grilled Prawns
You will need wooden skewers soaked in water
coriander and lime to dress
750 g of tail on king prawns
Marinade
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon curry powder or tandoori powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons oil or use coconut oil spray
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Natural red food colouring if you like
Marinade as long as you can then grill when ready!
For the slaw add you ingredients in small amounts and taste until you get the taste you are after!

thinly sliced
Red cabbage - green cabbage
Carrot
Chillies
Pistachios
Parsley
Coriander
Onion
pomegranate *optional
Mint leaves
Dressing
mustard
salt
olive oil
lemon
seasoning
apple cider vinegar
