One of my all time favourite wraps! I will most certainly be cooking these within the next week! I make them the night before and usually BBQ them after a full day of walking!

For the Kofta's, you will need:
800g lamb mince (high fat)
1 onion, chopped finely
2 garlic cloves minced
coconut oil or ghee for frying with
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 handful parsley roughly chopped
1 handful french mint roughly chopped
It really is just an assembly job! Mix the mince with everything else really well, using your clean hands. Then make either meatball or sausage shapes, wrap and refrigerate until you want to cook them!
Don't use lean meat as they will be dry.
