All you will need for this no bake is:
400 g Mascarpone
a simple lemon syrup or limoncello
2 tablespoons Icing sugar
200 mrs whipped cream
2 packs Lady fingers
Citrus fruits *optional
Use a chilled loose bottomed cake tin and grease lightly with coconut oil.
Stand the lady fingers around the bottom and sides or just sides and press in the mix.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving!
