Still, there's also an old fashioned skillet!
Busy people need easy fodder!
They so do.
What is easier than a one pot shoved in the oven? Nothing really! Perfect for whilst you get on, with whatever it is you were doing, even if its just opening that darn bottle of wine!
I don't know if you'd call this a recipe be honest!
Bonus, it's quite budget friendly!
All you need is a heavy bottomed oiled and seasoned skillet, chicken thighs, Harrisa paste and mini potatoes! Of course you can add other similar sized root veggies for a bit more of a substantial meal!
Gravy? Pop the chicken and potatoes on your warmed plate, pop the skillet on the stove and deglaze the chicken juices with a splash of two of white wine!
Job done, right?
