Valentines cheesecake and meringues

All you have to do is upgrade your usual desserts with a little something! This cheesecake is vanilla with a raspberry coulis dragged through the top of it! Place dots of coulis and then take a cocktail stick and drag it lightly through the centre of each dot, creating a heart swirl!

Make your meringues and fill them with mascarpone vanilla cream (almost tastes like custard)! Dollop some lemon curd on top and decorate with raspberries and coulis!
