How can you resist! Even if you are being good, I'm pretty sure one or two of these can be your weekend treat!
you will need
125 g of all purpose flour for measure for measure GF flour
115 g of unsalted butter
150 g of golden and brown sugar mixed
150 g of gf oats
1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
a few chopped walnuts
100 g of dried cranberries
20 g white chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg
Beat together the sugar and butter and then add the egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Then add all other ingredients.
Pop the dough in the fridge for an hour wrapped in cling film.
Cover our baking tray with baking parchment. Use a small ice cream scoop to make your cookie drops. Flatten each one. Bake for 10/14 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
